Madeleine and Reagan's Page

Campaigning can be tough! Madeleine and Reagan, hang in there.

Madeleine and Reagan have ideas of what kids would like to have in Henry County.  As avid park enthusiasts, for Reagan especially slides, they want our parks to be friendly and safe.  Over time, they will answer questions that are posed, Mom and Dad will assist in the typing.

What will you do when the election is over?  Play outside and get to play on the computer

Madeleine has been patient since Mike has monopolized the computer since last November.

Reagan, what would you like to do when you grow up?  Race car driver like Mario.

To clarify, that is not Mario Andretti, that would be Mario from Nintendo Wii. He likes to play Mario Kart.

Madeleine, what would you like to do when you grow up? The person that pierces other peoples' ears.

What do you like best about living in Henry County?  Playing with Abby.

Abby is our dog.  Apparently Abby is more fun to chase than anything else.

What do you think about our new campaign signs?  They are cool and I like them.

Why do you think Daddy is the best person for Chairman?  Because Daddy is always pretty.

I can only hope that she really meant, handsome.  Either way, I'll take the compliment.  I don't believe I will be singing, "I'm so pretty..."

Now that you are out of school, what are you going to do to help Daddy's campaign?  Help Daddy plant seeds and pass out We Like Mike pins. 

I can only assume that the seeds are to spread info about the campaign.  Of course, Madeleine probably actually wants to plant seeds.  Oh well..

Besides parks, what other activities do kids like to do?  Read a book, hop-scotch, help Daddys, and they like to play everywhere with their Mommies.

What do you think the Chairman does at work?  Helps people when their getting ready to paint their houses.

What type of places If you were the Chairman, what would you change?  Flower gardens with pink flowers, seahorses, and lots of playdough.

What park do you visit the most? Heritage Park

What did you like about Heritage Park? We liked the swirley slide and the long slide. We also like the train. The Park needs more teeter-totters.

Madeleine did want to mention that she likes the website because she wants me to be Commission Chairman and that her picture is on the website. It is her favorite website for me.

What do you enjoy the most about Daddy's Campaign? Handing out campaign buttons.

What do you look forward to in the campaign? Having more pictures taken with Mr. Ronnie, he's funny.

What do you want Daddy to do for kids? More stores for kids.

What do kids need? To build Carousels at the Parks with lots of animals, especially horses, ponies, and unicorns.
